The step-by-step process
Step 1: Request a Free Consultation
Fill out the “Contact Us” form to request your complimentary 15-minute call. You’ll receive an email with a link to schedule a call.
Step 2: Schedule Your Call
During this call, we’ll review your surgery details, discuss your needs, and help you choose the right package.
Step 3: Secure Your Date
If you’d like to proceed, you’ll receive a link to select your care date and pay the $250 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Pre-Surgery Timeline
Two weeks before your surgery, we’ll confirm your procedure details and recovery needs.
Your remaining balance is due two weeks prior to surgery and is non-refundable.
If your surgeon reschedules your procedure, your deposit and balance can be transferred to your new date.
The day before surgery, we’ll visit to prepare your recovery room, complete pharmacy pick-up, and answer any last questions.
On surgery day, your nurse will be there to provide safe transportation home and begin your aftercare immediately.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We know surgery dates can change, so our policy is designed to be clear and fair while protecting your reserved time.
Client Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel your post-op care at least 14 days before your scheduled date, any additional payments (beyond the deposit) will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before your scheduled date are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 14 days in advance.
With proper notice, your deposit and any balance paid will be applied to your new care date.
Reschedules with less than 14 days’ notice will require a new deposit and payment.
Surgeon Cancellations
If your surgeon cancels and reschedules your procedure, your deposit and any balance paid will automatically transfer to your new surgery date.
If your surgeon cancels your procedure entirely (not rescheduled), your deposit remains non-refundable, but your balance (if already paid) will be refunded.

No. We supply basic recovery essentials such as gauze, underpads, chucks, cough drops, water and/or coconut water, alcohol pads, and Dial soap for bookings of 4 hours or more. If your surgeon requires specialized equipment (such as compression garments, drains, or SED machines), we’ll guide you on how to obtain them in advance. Rental options for wheelchairs, walkers, SED machines, and wedge pillows are also available.

Yes. Many of our patients travel to Los Angeles for surgery. We can care for you in your hotel, Airbnb, or recovery home, and we’ll coordinate directly with your surgeon’s office so your transition is seamless.

That’s very common. During your free consultation, we’ll review your procedure type, your surgeon’s approach, and your personal needs to recommend the right package. As a guide, smaller procedures may only require 4–8 hours, while more involved surgeries (such as tummy tucks, 360 liposuction, or facelifts) often require 12–24 hours of care.

Yes. Our 24-hour package provides continuous nursing support through the first critical day, including overnight monitoring, meal assistance, mobility help, and round-the-clock comfort care.

Yes. All packages include safe transportation from the surgical center to your home, hotel, or Airbnb. For packages of 4+ hours, we can also provide transportation to follow-up appointments.

With bookings of 4+ hours, we provide recovery essentials such as gauze, underpads, chucks, cough drops, water and/or coconut water, alcohol pads, and Dial soap.

We provide light comfort meals — nourishing, easy-to-digest options such as broth-based soups, Greek yogurt with fruit, and hydration reminders with water or electrolytes.

All of our nurses are licensed RNs with BLS/ACLS certification. You’ll meet your nurse the day before surgery during your room setup, so you feel comfortable and familiar on surgery day.

We do not provide post-op care for Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedures.
